About Hina Gillani

Hello, I’m Hina Gillani, the owner and lead teacher at Meet on Mats. 

Yoga has been a lifelong calling for me… something I teach not just with technique, but with heart, intuition, and soul.

My approach to yoga is soft, slow, and deeply nourishing. I believe that true healing happens when we move gently, breathe consciously, and allow the body and mind to unfold at their own natural pace. Every class is designed to support emotional balance, physical ease, and a sense of inner calm.

I create a new class every day, each with its own theme, intention, and style. This keeps the practice fresh and meaningful, allowing students to explore new layers of awareness within themselves. Whether it’s breath-focused movement, deep stretching, grounding meditation, or mindful relaxation, each session invites you to go a little deeper… gently, safely, and with kindness.

My goal is to offer a space where every student feels seen, supported, and empowered to reconnect with their body, breath, and spirit.
